What you might want to know first

What should I prepare for a first conversation?

Nothing. If you can describe the situation on site and the outcome you want, that's enough. If you already have an equipment list, sample data or details of your current systems, bringing them will make the conversation more efficient.

Is there a charge?

The initial technical feasibility conversation is free. If you need a formal solution design and assessment report, we'll state the deliverables and cost first, and you decide whether to proceed.

Where are you based? Can you come on site?

We're based in Shanghai. Projects in the Yangtze River Delta can be supported with an on-site survey; for other regions we can start online and arrange a site visit once feasibility is confirmed.
